Userspice on IIS

Hello folks, hope all is well! I have an issue: I have a vps that uses IIS and I trying to figure out how to install and use US on it? Do I need to install phpmyadmin in order to do the databases? Please Help :)

I don't use iis, but I'm guessing this is what you need...
