Location of variable $copyright_message

I need to make a guide. I feel like if you search the forums for a post by Brian called common modifications, he did a good job of explaining it. I am on vacation but I will make a video sometime soon. I have found that if you copy something like admin_pages over there it is often better to copy admin_page as well.
